The 2022/23 UEFA Champions League is nearing the quarter final stage, and many of Europe's top clubs are still alive in the competition, looking to push for the most coveted prize in all of club football.

Chelsea, Benfica, Bayern Munich, and AC Milan have already made it through to the final eight, while Manchester City, Real Madrid, and Napoli are also the favourites to emerge from their decisive Champions League Round of 16 second legs.

The odds previously shifted based on how the Round of 16 first legs panned out, and again based on the teams that have advanced to the last eight.
