Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign Norwich City youngster Alex Matos on a free transfer this summer, according to reports from Football Insider. The 18-year-old striker is a free agent at the end of the season and is eyeing an exit from the Canaries, though the Blues will have to pay compensation.
