Terrier, 25, is a highly regarded player whose standing has improved significantly over the last few years.

In 19 games across all competitions so far this season, the left-winger has scored 11 goals, including three in the Europa League group stages.

His current efforts come after a campaign in which he scored 21 goals while donning the Rennes jersey, so that kind of form will eventually be noticed elsewhere in Europe.

Graham Potter, the Chelsea manager, is said to be a huge fan of Terrier as a player, according to Jeunes Footeux.
