Endrick has been promised by Chelsea that he will have a spot in the first team when he joins the club in an effort to outbid Real Madrid and PSG for his services.
In an effort to outbid Real Madrid and PSG for the services of Brazilian sensation Endrick, Chelsea has assured him that he will have a spot in the first team when he joins the club.
With three goals and an assist in just six top-flight games, the 16-year-old Palmeiras player has already earned the moniker “the new Neymar” after helping his team win the Brazilian championship.
Some of the top clubs in Europe are showing interest, with Real Madrid long regarded as the front-runners due to their well-established recruiting network in South America, where players like Federico Valverde and Vinicius Junior joined as young players.
However, Chelsea is “pushing hard” to sign Endrick and has upped their charm offensive recently after inviting the kid’s family to their Cobham training facility.
Thiago Silva, who attempted to sell the team to the young forward’s family after being introduced to them, is also thought to have personally met Endrick.
Now, according to transfer guru Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea allegedly promised the family of the teenager during a recent meeting that Endrick would be quickly promoted to the first team upon joining the west London club.
He can’t actually sign with a club until early 2023, and once he turns 18, he’ll have to wait another year before moving to Europe.
Chelsea, however, thinks he will have made a solid impression at Palmeiras by then, gaining a ton of experience, and will be prepared to join the Stamford Bridge first team right away.
The Blues informed Endrick’s entourage that they believe he is one of the most talented young players in world football and that he can contribute immediately upon joining the team in 2024.
Before choosing which club to join, Endrick’s family will consider a variety of factors, with a clear pathway and development plan being one of their top priorities.
Fabrizio Romano confirmed that Palmeiras have set the teenager’s price tag at €60m (£52.5m), which is his release clause. Whoever wants to sign the teenager will also have to fork over a significant sum of money.
However, the Brazilian side will permit the inclusion of clauses and add-ons in that package.
Douglas, Endrick’s father, recently stated regarding the negotiations: “There is no decision for Real Madrid or any other club.” We’ve no preference yet.
“We’ll make a decision in the coming months. The club that offers Palmeiras the amount they demand and presents us with the best technical project for Endrick, will sign the boy.”
Conor Gallagher delivers crucial message to Chelsea teammates following Newcastle defeat amid World Cup allegation
Conor Gallagher, a star for Chelsea, missed a wonderful chance to equalize as Graham Potter’s team lost for the third time in a row going into the World Cup break.
Gallagher impressed while on loan at Crystal Palace last season before returning to Stamford Bridge this summer. Under Graham Potter, he is now a regular starter. The 22-year-old will be hoping to help the Three Lions win in Qatar despite having only two goal-contributing appearances in 18 games so far this season.
Pressure on Potter is growing as the Blues enter the break after six domestic games without a victory. As the Premier League takes a break until Boxing Day next month, Gallagher criticized his own performance and gave his teammates a crucial piece of advice.
Gallagher believes Chelsea must ‘look at themselves’ in order to use the World Cup break to improve results once the Premier League resumes, according to The Mirror. Gallagher made this statement following the disappointing loss to Newcastle. We must improve, the 22-year-old said, adding that we must examine our own behavior.
“Newcastle were physically stronger and much more intense than we were, and that’s something we need to work on. Newcastle demonstrated how much better we need to be if we want to contend for titles and other things.
We need to examine ourselves, he continued, “because we are aware that there is much we can do to improve.” Gallagher gave the following response when asked about his opportunity that Nick Pope, a teammate from England, successfully blocked: “It was a bit of a soft shot and knowing how big Pope is, he got across to cover the goal well.
“I hoped it would infiltrate. As it turned out, we gave in quickly after getting the chance, which is extremely disappointing from our standpoint.
